Feeling great about my progress this month. I’ve begun taking daily supplements and they’re making a big improvement in my health and weight loss results.
I’ve completed half of my 12 week workout program (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/lee-labrada-12-week-lean-body-trainer.html)
Looking forward to next month. My goal for next month is to focus on portions when eating out and eating slow and consciously.
