    203.6 lbs to 193.4 lbs // 10.2lbs lost this month

    Feeling great about my progress this month. Iโ€™ve begun taking daily supplements and theyโ€™re making a big improvement in my health and weight loss results.

    Iโ€™ve completed half of my 12 week workout program (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/lee-labrada-12-week-lean-body-trainer.html)

    Looking forward to next month. My goal for next month is to focus on portions when eating out and eating slow and consciously.
